Usher's first album since his highly-publicized divorce from Tameka Foster, Raymond v. Raymond, has reportedly been placed on hold and is expected to be pushed back until next year.

While an exact release date has not yet been revealed, an Usher representative has confirmed the decision to move the date from December 21st.

According to the spokesperson, the date change is to give Raymond v. Raymond the proper set-up time that it deserves. "This is a solid album that we believe in. We want to give it a proper launch." The album's lead single, "Papers," holds the No. 2 post this week on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs. (Billboard)
